A case of Pigmentation and Freckles⭐️

This lady contacted me through online consultation and was much worried because of dark spots on her face.

Initially it was difficult to deal as she consulted via online consultation. I prescribed some skincare and precautionary measures along with some medication which need to be followed well and I appreciate that she followed everything so well as directed by me.

The most important part of the routine was sun protection ☀️ and not skipping sunscreen 🧴even being at home and reapplying every 2-3 hours.

Continuous care and precaution made her skin heal well and here is the result💫

WHY SUNSCREEN?🧴

I couldn't have said it better myself. Sunscreen is an absolute necessity. We should all wear it — even when it's cloudy.

Since long most of us are working from home due to covid-19 pandemic and spend around 8-9 hours infront of screen, so it’s mandatory to apply sunscreen even if you are at home , rays from your laptop or mobile phone can damage to your skin.

Sunscreen are the major barrier if you want to protect your skin from damage. So, never skip it from your routine and apply adequate amount daily.

A CASE OF FIRST DEGREE BURN:-

First degree burn only affect the outer layer of skin (epidermis). The burn site is red, painful, dry, and with no blisters.
This lady consulted me regarding the first degree burn which occurred after the facial waxing and before doing anything she immediately contacted me. She was much scared and worried.
In just 4 days, the burn is completely healed and it was only possible because of proper medication and care.

Her patience and determination is really appreciable as she followed everything well which i suggested her.🌸

Normal skin color will be gained by following the proper skincare routine and will take around 8-12 weeks.
