🤰 Bleeding in early pregnancy can be frightening—but it doesn't always mean a miscarriage.

Light spotting is sometimes normal, while heavy bleeding or severe pain may require immediate medical attention. The most important step is not to panic and not to ignore it.

Early evaluation by a qualified obstetrician can provide answers, reassurance, and the right care for you and your baby. 💕

🤰 Trying to conceive but still not getting pregnant? Your timing—not your fertility—could be the reason.

Many couples unknowingly calculate their fertile window incorrectly by counting their menstrual cycle from the last day of bleeding instead of the first day of the period. In this video, Dr. Prachi Benara explains one of the most common ovulation mistakes and how understanding your menstrual cycle correctly can significantly improve your chances of natural conception. 💕
