A busy calendar doesn’t always mean a busy mind. But a cluttered mind can make even simple tasks feel overwhelming.
In our recent online Professional Development Program on Mental Clutter for corporate professionals, we explored how mental overload silently impacts focus, productivity, decision-making, and overall well-being and more importantly, what can be done about it. with curiosity, honesty, and valuable insights. Together, we’re creating workplaces where mental well-being is seen as a strength, not an afterthought.

Presented on Caregiver Support, Family Interventions, Community-Based Dementia Care, and Ethical Guidelines in Dementia Care at a CRE program organized at Tulasi Healthcare.

The session focused on translating evidence into practice, with active discussions around supporting caregivers, strengthening family engagement, enhancing community-based dementia services, and addressing ethical challenges encountered in clinical settings.

My sincere appreciation to the organisers for curating a well-structured CRE program and selecting a topic of immense clinical relevance. Particularly encouraging was the high level of audience participation and exchange of practical ideas throughout the session.

Honoured to have been voted as the Best Speaker by the audience among nine presented.

Grateful to have presented a symposium on “Healing Beyond Treatment: Psychosocial Challenges and Pathways to Recovery in Cancerous Conditions” at *NACIACP 2026* , hosted at Gautam Buddha University In April 2026.

A sincere thank you to Dr. Anand Pratap and Dr. Pratibha Singh for their efforts in organizing a meaningful academic platform. It was also a pleasure collaborating with Dr. Aashima and Ms. Sanaan experience marked by teamwork, mutual learning, and insightful discussions.

Important conversations like these continue to highlight that healing extends beyond medical treatment and must include psychological and social well-being.

This wasn’t a typical CBT workshop.
2 days. 15 students. 4 trainers.
At SoulaceSpace in collaboration with Sushant University, Gurugram.
An experience most classrooms never offer.

No theory overload: only real, immersive CBT work.
Challenging patterns, sitting with discomfort, actually doing the work.
The kind of training that shifts you, not just teaches you.
Kudos to the university for creating space for real, immersive exposure beyond classrooms.
