Samvedna Care was established in October 2013 with two complementary goals - firstly to provide quality home care services to seniors with limited mobility, and secondly to facilitate stimulating community interaction and participation. Our services plans are geared towards general well being, dementia care, and emergency and respite care. We provide home services that cater to the intellectual and emotional well being of seniors, assist them in tasks like banking, travel booking and hospitalization, and facilitate emergency support for them. We also facilitate a dementia support group that provides caregivers a a friendly and safe place to connect, share and support.

“I’ll deal with it later.”

Sound familiar?

Many men push through stress until their mind and body start sending signals they can’t ignore.

⚠️ Constant fatigue
⚠️ Feeling irritable
⚠️ Trouble focusing
⚠️ Emotional numbness
⚠️ Withdrawing from people
⚠️ Poor sleep and headaches

These may be signs that stress has turned into burnout.

You don’t have to carry it alone. Reaching out for support is a sign of strength, not weakness.

A brain tumor diagnosis doesn’t affect just one person it impacts the whole family.

If you’re caring for a loved one, it’s okay to feel scared, exhausted, hopeful, and overwhelmed all at once.

Remember:
✨ Ask for help.
✨ Take breaks.
✨ Be kind to yourself.
✨ Your wellbeing matters too.

Caregivers need care too. 💙

Everyone celebrates the baby.

But who is checking on the mother?

Behind the smiles, many new mothers struggle with anxiety, emotional numbness, exhaustion, and postpartum depression.

You’re not alone. And you don’t have to suffer in silence.

Mental health isn’t one conversation. It’s many.

This Mental Health Awareness Month, we had the privilege of engaging with employees across organisations through conversations that mattered:

💙 Breaking the Chains of Anxiety
🔥 Boundaries & Burnout
🧠 Memory, Focus & Mental Agility
🌱 Understanding Emotional Numbness
👩 Women’s Mental Health

From packed workshop rooms to virtual discussions, one thing was clear: when people are given a safe space to talk, learn and reflect, meaningful change begins.

Thank you to every participant who joined, shared, listened and contributed.

Here’s to creating workplaces where mental wellbeing is not just acknowledged—but actively supported.

Retirement isn’t just about money or planning.

It’s about identity.
It’s about purpose.
It’s about letting go of a version of yourself you’ve lived for years.

And no one really prepares you for that part.

In the last few years before retirement, something begins to shift quietly:
• Work starts feeling different
• Motivation changes
• Questions get deeper

“Who am I beyond this role?”

This transition deserves more than just financial advice.

It needs emotional clarity, space, and support.

If you or someone you know is approaching retirement,
you don’t have to navigate it alone.

You did everything today. Organised

✔️ Medicines
✔️ Meals
✔️ Appointments
✔️ Home Help
✔️ Caregiver

And still… it feels like you missed something.

That’s caregiver guilt.
Quiet. Constant. Heavy.

But here’s what we don’t say enough:
Doing your best won’t always feel like enough when you care this deeply.

You’re not failing. You’re carrying a lot

It’s not really about the drink, is it?
It’s about finally getting a pause.

The stress.
The overthinking.
The exhaustion you can’t shake off.

Alcohol might feel like a quick fix.
But what you’re feeling deserves real attention

Going back to work after a break looks easy on paper.

But in reality?
It comes with doubt, emotional shifts, and the question no one talks about:

“Am I really ready?”

Because this isn’t just a career move.
It’s a mental and emotional transition too.

At Samvedna Care, we believe supporting people through these moments matters just as much as the opportunity itself.

If you’re planning a comeback or supporting someone who is this is for you.
