Food and daily habits have a powerful role to play in how we feel, function, and heal.
It was a pleasure conducting another session on “Healing Through Food” with this wonderful group, focusing on how mindful nutrition and sustainable lifestyle habits can support long-term health.
During the session, we explored:
• Lifestyle-related disorders and their link with nutrition and habits
• Using food as first medicine for hypertension
• Managing diabetes, prediabetes & insulin resistance beyond sugar control
• Gut health strategies for acidity & IBS
• Stress-related eating and the role of balanced meals
• Building a sustainable lifestyle with the 1% better every day approach
Grateful to be back for another session with Quest Retail and looking forward to many more conversations around mindful nutrition.
