The best surgeries don't happen because one surgeon is the smartest in the room—they happen because the entire team works as one.

When ego takes a backseat, communication improves, decisions become faster, and patient safety always comes first.
Great surgeons don't compete with their team—they trust them. That's what truly saves lives.

❤️ Respect every hand in the OT. Teamwork is the real superpower.

Spine surgery isn't always what people think it is. 💙

Fear and myths stop many people from getting the treatment they truly need. The reality is that modern spine surgery has advanced significantly, and in the right patients, it can mean less pain, faster recovery, and a chance to return to everyday life.

Before deciding for or against surgery, always get evaluated by an experienced spine specialist. The right diagnosis and the right treatment plan make all the difference.
Save this reel if you found it helpful, and share it with someone who is struggling with chronic back or neck pain.

When a slipped disc compresses nerves at multiple levels, it can cause severe back pain, leg pain, numbness, and weakness. In this case, a 40-year-old patient had large disc prolapses at both L3-L4 and L4-L5, affecting nerves on both sides, with more severe symptoms in the right leg.

To relieve pressure on the nerves and restore spinal stability, we performed a 2-Level MIS TLIF (Minimally Invasive Transforaminal Lumbar Interbody Fusion). This advanced spine surgery removes the damaged discs through small incisions, decompresses the nerves, and stabilizes the spine with fusion—helping patients recover faster with less tissue damage.

If you're experiencing persistent back pain, sciatica, or leg weakness, don't ignore the warning signs. Early diagnosis can make all the difference.
