Structured physiotherapy doesn't mean doing a few random exercises.

It is a supervised 6-12 week program with core strengthening, stretching, posture correction, movement training, pain relief, and learning the right way to sit, walk, lift, and carry out daily activities.

Exhaustion of structured physiotherapy means completing this program sincerely but still having severe pain, weakness, or difficulty in daily life.

Only then, if the symptoms match the MRI findings, should surgery be considered—not based on the MRI alone.
