Every child is different and every active child does not have ADHD. Before calling it bad behaviour take a moment to understand what your child may be trying to communicate

The right support starts with the right understanding and an early assessment can make all the difference

I was feeling better, so I stopped taking my medicines

If you’ve ever had this thought, you’re not alone. It can feel like the right time to stop treatment when symptoms improve. But stopping psychiatric medication without medical guidance can increase the chances of symptoms returning.

If you’re worried about side effects or have questions about your treatment, have an open conversation with your psychiatrist. There are often safe ways to adjust your treatment without compromising your recovery.

Watch Dr. explain why every medication decision should be made together with your doctor.

Mental illness affects one person. But insecurity affects the whole family.

The Family Anxiety Cycle Model explains why mental illness often become a "family disease" — denial leads to insecurity, insecurity leads to overprotection and control, control leads to conflict, and the cycle repeats.

The way out? Shift the focus from controlling the patient to supporting recovery.

📌 Recovery begins when the family and the patient stop fighting each other — and start fighting the illness together.

A healthy family is a recovering family.

“Mental health challenges don’t discriminate and neither should support.

For the past two years, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals navigating psychotic disorders, mood disorders, anxiety, and existential concerns, helping them move toward healing with compassion and evidence-based care.

At Tulasi Healthcare, we believe seeking help is a sign of strength not weakness.

No one should have to struggle in silence.

Not every emotional struggle is obvious.
Sometimes it shows up as mood swings, withdrawal, anger, poor focus, or changes in sleep and appetite.

What may look like “bad behaviour” could actually be a silent call for support.

Early awareness can make a meaningful difference. 💙
