Why do we live?
That was the question I had the privilege of exploring with members of the Rotary Club of New Delhi during an engaging and thought-provoking session.
In a world that constantly measures success through achievements, possessions, and productivity, I believe it's equally important to pause and ask a deeper question: What makes life truly meaningful?
My talk wasn't about finding one universal answer. It was about exploring how purpose emerges through awareness, relationships, creativity, service, healing, and our connection with ourselves and others.
I must admit, it was honestly a little daunting to address an audience that was not only highly accomplished but also, for the most part, much more experienced than me. That made the response all the more humbling. It was pleasantly surprising to see how deeply the audience connected with the ideas we explored, with many sharing that the session had inspired them to rethink their outlook towards life.
Through stories, reflections, and conversations, we explored how each of us can move from merely existing to living with intention.
I'm grateful to the Rotary Club of New Delhi for the warm welcome, thoughtful questions, and the honour of recognising my work. It was heartening to see such openness towards conversations around emotional wellbeing, mindfulness, and conscious living.
At Dimensions (www.dimensionscommun.com), these conversations continue through our workshops, circles, retreats, art experiences, breathwork, and meditation—creating spaces where people can reconnect with themselves and each other.
Thank you to everyone who attended and contributed to making the session so meaningful. Looking forward to many more conversations that inspire us to create lives filled with purpose, compassion, and joy.
