Why do women ignore their own health?

“When was the last time I felt truly healthy?”
Ayurveda teaches a simple truth:
You cannot pour from an empty vessel.
Persistent fatigue, digestive issues, hormonal imbalance, poor sleep, irritability, and low energy are not normal. They are signals.
Start with the basics:
• Eat freshly cooked meals
• Maintain regular meal timings
• Prioritize sleep
• Create a few minutes of stillness every day
• Stop postponing your health
