Starting solids doesn’t mean sticking to just one flour!
Whole grains offer different nutrients, textures, and flavors that help your baby explore a wider variety of foods. Instead of looking for a single “super flour,” try rotating whole wheat, ragi, amaranth (rajgira), jowar, and bajra based on your baby’s acceptance, your family’s food habits, and seasonal availability.
For babies 6–12 months, these flours can be used to make soft parathas, cheelas, porridges, or rotis when prepared in an age-appropriate texture.
🌾 Variety builds better eaters.
