Stop guessing and start testing! Many of my patients think a morning walk or living in a sunny climate is enough, but the science says otherwise. Which of these myths did you believe? DR. NEHA ROY

The Science of Vitamin D: What You Need to Know

As an Ayurvedic physician, my approach to patient wellness is always rooted in evidence—both from timeless clinical wisdom and modern peer-reviewed science. Today, we are breaking down the facts on Vitamin D.
Many patients do not realize that Vitamin D behaves more like a pro-hormone than a simple vitamin, affecting over 1,000 genes in the human body.
So supplementation should never be based on guesswork. Consult your Dr before starting any supplement.
