I specialise in Anxiety & Depression, Treatment-resistant Mood Disorders, Psychological Trauma, particularly Early-life trauma, Self and Interpersonal Relationship issues. My therapeutic approach is integrative, and I predominantly use EMDR, and Ego-state therapy and include CBT or ACT when needed. I am a certified EMDR therapist, accredited by EMDR International Association(EMDRIA). Majority of my clients are 18+ although I still see families and younger children.
