Planning to travel during pregnancy this festival season? Here’s a quick guide on safe and unsafe transport choices for expecting mothers! 🚗✈️
✅ Safe Options:
Car: Safe for short journeys (under 3 hours). Always wear your seatbelt properly below the belly, stay hydrated, and carry healthy snacks.
Train: A comfortable and safe choice for mid-to-long travel, offering space to walk around.
Aeroplane: Ideal for long-distance travel. Ensure you take frequent short walks in the aisle and stay hydrated.
❌ Options to Avoid:
Bus: Overcrowding and sudden braking can cause discomfort and safety risks.
Auto-Rickshaw: High risk of sudden jerks from rough roads, potholes, and lack of seatbelts.
Always consult your doctor before planning any travel during pregnancy! 🩺✨

Understanding your ovulation test results (LH test) doesn’t have to be confusing! Here is a quick guide to reading your test strip lines accurately:
Positive (Peak Fertility): Test line is as dark as or darker than the control line, indicating an LH surge.
High LH: Test line is visible but lighter than the control line, meaning LH is rising.
Negative: Test line is much lighter than the control line, showing no LH surge yet.
Invalid: No control line appears; repeat with a new kit.
Always remember to check your results within the specific timeframe mentioned in your kit's manual for maximum accuracy!
