Ayushman Arogya Shivir at BAC Martam

The 100 Days TB Mukt Bharat Abhiyaan was conducted through an Ayushman Arogya Shivir to strengthen TB screening, early diagnosis, treatment and awareness among the community. The health camp focused on identifying individuals with symptoms suggestive of tuberculosis and encouraging timely medical consultation and testing.
During the shivir, beneficiaries were screened for TB symptoms, provided health education on prevention and treatment adherence, and guided regarding available diagnostic and treatment services. Special emphasis was given to vulnerable and high-risk groups.
The programme aimed to increase community participation, reduce stigma associated with TB, promote early detection and ensure that persons affected by TB receive appropriate care and support, contributing towards the goal of a TB-Mukt Bharat.

A one day camp at a health and wellness centre, sub health centre organised by Women, Child, Senior citizen and Divyangjan Welfare Department *Government of Sikkim.

*Awareness on Anemia prevention*
*Know about Anemia
- Low hemoglobin = fatigue, weakness
- Common in women and kids
- Iron-rich foods help: spinach, beans, eggs
