Breaking the Cycle of Suppression:

Teaching youth how to identify, label, and process their emotions prevents them from bottling up stress, which often manifests later as anxiety or burnout.

By fostering these open conversations in institutions like Apex, one is playing a crucial role in giving them a strong foundation for both their personal and professional futures

Had an incredible time connecting with the enthusiastic Gen Z students at the Apex Group of Institutions for an engaging session on Emotional Well-being.

Progress is rarely a straight line.
In Snakes and Ladders, everyone plays by the same rules, and a single roll can change the leaderboard. It’s a reminder of humility. Being far ahead doesn't make you immune to pitfalls, and being far behind doesn't mean you can't catch up in a flash.

In psychology, we learnt Radical acceptance

When you hit a snake, you don't quit the game; you place your piece back down and wait for your next turn. It teaches kids (and reminds adults) to dust themselves off and keep moving forward, you never know when you will hit the score 100.

Each game we played in our childhood was designed to enhance our mental and physical health.

Class XII Board Results 2026 are here — and so is your moment! 🌟
Years of late nights, endless revisions, and pushing through self-doubt — it all led to THIS. Be proud of every single step that brought you here. 🙌
This isn't just a result. It's proof of what you're made of. 💛

Today, I am reflecting on the crucial link between career growth and our relationship with ourselves.

Many high-achievers often seek a "seat at the table" or validation from colleagues or bosses, yet they may overlook the importance of self-validation.

Internal validation fosters external stability. When we love ourselves, we become less "market-dependent." Our mood is not influenced by someone else's text or a performance review.

The Tragic Cost of "Searching for Home" Online

The recent tragedy in Ghaziabad—where three young lives were lost, leaving behind an eight-page diary and the haunting words, "Korea was our life"—is a wake-up call that we cannot afford to hit "snooze" on.

The Escapist Trap: If the "Family Culture" is rigid or neglectful, the screen stops being entertainment and starts being emotional life-support.

As a psychologist, I see this not just as a "fandom gone wrong," but as a profound symptom of a disconnection crisis.

When a child says a fictionalized culture or a digital world is their "life," they are telling us that their physical reality feels uninhabitable.

Mental health is a collective responsibility. Let’s check in on the "quiet" ones who seem too lost in their own worlds. They might be looking for a way back to ours.
