54yr old with complain of pain abdomen since 1 yr. On endoscopy showed some object. Ct showed the foreign body to perforate small intestines and reaching liver. Patient posted for surgery and removed out. Object identified as neem stick(12cms) which Patient accidentally ingested 2-1/2 yrs back.
Lucky enough patient discharged safely home.

Gastro advanced procedure..
Third procedure- first again in warangal. 55yr old female with known gastric cancer- post surgery now complaining of difficulty swallowing- endoscopy showed esophageal stricture and on evaluation found to have lower end esophageal cancer. As a palliative management option for adequate nutrition- we deployed ESOPHAGEAL METAL STENT. Immediate next day patient started taking food and on 1 week follow-up started gaining weight.
