एक बहुत ही दुर्लभ बीमारी की सफल सर्जरी! 🚨

Chyle Lymphatic Cyst — एक Rare Lymphatic Cyst

ऐसे मामले बहुत ही कम देखने को मिलते हैं। इस बीमारी में लसीका तंत्र (Lymphatic System) से निकलने वाला द्रव यानी Chyle एक cyst का रूप ले सकता है।

इस केस में सही diagnosis के साथ-साथ surgery के दौरान lymphatic structures की पहचान और सावधानीपूर्वक dissection बहुत महत्वपूर्ण थी।

Laparoscopic Adrenalectomy for Pheochromocytoma 🩺

हर adrenal gland का ट्यूमर साधारण नहीं होता। Pheochromocytoma एक hormone-secreting tumour है, जिसकी सर्जरी में meticulous planning, precise dissection और close anaesthetic coordination बेहद ज़रूरी होती है.

इस केस में सफल laparoscopic adrenalectomy की गई, जिससे patient को minimally invasive surgery के सभी लाभ मिले—कम दर्द, जल्दी रिकवरी और छोटे चीरे।

1. लगातार पेट दर्द (Persistent abdominal pain) – कई हफ्तों या महीनों से बना रहना।
2. वजन घटना और भूख कम लगना (Weight loss & loss of appetite) – बिना किसी स्पष्ट कारण के।
3. बार-बार बुखार, खासकर शाम को (Low-grade evening fever) – साथ में रात में पसीना आना।
4. पेट फूलना, उल्टी और गैस/मल न निकलना (Abdominal distension, vomiting & constipation) – आंतों में रुकावट (intestinal obstruction) का संकेत हो सकता है।
5. टीबी का इतिहास या छाती में एक्टिव टीबी (History of TB or active pulmonary TB) – ऐसे मरीजों में आंतों की टीबी की संभावना अधिक होती है।

🎥 सफल गॉलब्लैडर (पित्ताशय) कैंसर सर्जरी – 1.5 साल बाद मरीज की कहानी

आज हमारे लिए बेहद खुशी और संतोष का दिन है। 🙏
