Another well diagnosed case:

UTERINE AVM

Patient with h/o continuous bleeding since 3-4 months and D&C done twice at some peripheral centre came for TVS ultrasound, which showed multiple uterine vessels with mobile artifacts on Greyscale with tufts of pulsatile vessels on Doppler showing low resistance high velocity flow pattern.

Uterine AVM was diagnosed and the patient was advised further evaluation with MRI pelvis, which showed multiple T1, T2 flow voids within the endometrial cavity.

Confirmed Diagnosis;
Uterine AVM (Arteriovenous malformation).

Sharing a last wonderful case done last year with patient testimonial, hope to do many similar cases this year.
A middle aged man presented with two liver abscesses with anorexia, pain and fever since two months, had taken conservative treatment from 2-3 doctors but didn't get relief.

Pigtail insertion done in both the abscesses, got completely cured in 7-10 days, came back to thank and greet us.
