The participants of the 'Dhayan Yog Nidra' immersed themselves in the bliss of Morning Meditation at Amritam Divine Valley.
Through the gentle and guided meditation led by Mam Mrs. Sangeeta Mittal Ji, participants experienced profound inner peace, emotional release, and mental clarity. Many expressed feeling light, centered, and deeply rejuvenated - as if layers of stress had quietly melted away.
It was more than meditation; it was a soulful return to the self.

This week, we bring to you a simple yet powerful way to release negativity and invite positivity into your life - the process shared in *‘Wings of Release’.*

* This week’s reflection question:
*"कौन-सा व्यक्ति, अनुभव या परिस्थिति है, जिसे अब आप दिल से माफ़ कर देना चाहते हैं — ताकि आप भीतर से मुक्त, हल्के और शांत हो सकें?”*

* Take a sheet of paper and write your heartfelt answer. Be honest with yourself and allow your true emotions to emerge. You may even sit with your family/friends and share this reflection together.

* *Affirmation:*
*"मैं सभी रिश्तों को आशीर्वाद देता हूँ, इन्होंने मुझे मज़बूत बनाया है।"*

Once you are ready to release, gently burn 🔥 the paper - as a symbolic act of letting go.
As the paper turns to ash, feel the weight lifting off you. Feel yourself becoming lighter, freer, and aligned with your true self.

A beautiful day unfolded at Amritam Divine Valley, beginning with the serene devotion to Lord Shiva during the 'Dhayan Yog Nidra Session'. The morning flowed blissfully with deep meditation, relaxing Yog Nidra, a refreshing nature walk, rejuvenating yoga, and a wholesome breakfast amidst divine surroundings.
Each participant immersed fully in the experience, cherishing every breath, every moment - making this journey of awareness truly special. 🌼

Using a blindfold in meditation can be very powerful. It's like your master gently covers your eyes with their hands, helping you to focus inward. When you trust and listen to your master, you start your journey toward spiritual awakening.
