Another rewarding milestone at Bharaj Lifecare Hospital & Trauma Centre, Hoshiarpur.

A 48-year-old male patient presented with a failed implant and non-union of a subtrochanteric femur fracture, a complex situation requiring meticulous planning and surgical expertise.
The procedure involved:
✅ Removal of the failed implant
✅ Thorough freshening of the non-union site
✅ Autologous bone grafting supplemented with artificial bone graft
✅ Stable fixation using a Long 12-hole Dynamic Hip Screw (DHS)

The surgery was completed successfully, achieving stable fixation and creating an optimal environment for fracture healing.
