We are delighted to share that the Cancer Awareness and Screening Camp held on 07/04/2026 in Kavalageri Village, Dharwad Region was successfully conducted.

The camp was organized for the benefit of village communities and carried out through Indian Cancer Society (ICS), with generous support from Hindalco. The program was conducted with the dedicated efforts of the healthcare team and support staff.

The screening camp aimed to promote early detection and awareness of cancer among rural populations.

The camp activities included screening and counseling services conducted by our medical team comprising Dr. Lavanya, Yashodha, Neetu, Ningavva, and Ravikumar.

The active participation of the local community contributed significantly to the success of the program.

On August 15th, a heartwarming program at the Radon Cancer Centre was conducted, where the Radon Cancer Foundation offered the second dose of the HPV vaccine free of charge. This wonderful initiative, organized by Dr. Sheetal Kulgod, was made possible through the support of the Women Doctors Wing (WDW) and the Indian Medical Association (IMA), Hubli branch.

The day saw 20 individuals receive their vaccines, 18 members for their 2nd dose and 2 members for their 3rd dose, marking an important step in their health journey. It was a day of community spirit and collaboration, with special guests Dr. Venkatesh Mulimani, President of IMA; Dr. Bharati Bhavikatti, President of WDW; and Dr. Asha Patil, Secretary of WDW, Hubli, joining in to show their support and share in the success of the event.

We are pleased to share about our recent health camp held in Aralihonda village, Kalaghatagi, in collaboration with ICS. The event saw an encouraging turnout with a total of 110 participants who availed themselves of various medical screenings and consultations.

Key Highlights:

63 women underwent breast cancer screening.
27 women received cervical cancer screening.
87 individuals participated in oral cancer examinations.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to the community members for their participation and to our dedicated medical team and volunteers for making this camp a success.

Together, we are taking significant steps towards early detection and better health outcomes.

World Cancer day ..4th February 2024....to achieve an equitable cancer care across the boundaries....Radon Cancer Foundation, Radon Cancer Centre,Indian Medical Association,Hubli and Women doctors Wing,Hubli conducted a cancer awareness campaign at Tolankere,Hubli for the public.And an HPV vaccination drive was conducted at Radon Cancer centre, where 20 deserving girls were vaccinated free of cost by Radon Cancer foundation..the IMA and WDW doctors facilitated the vaccination. the care Gap

On 27th October 2023, the Radon Cancer Foundation was delighted to collaborate with the Saaisha India Foundation during the Pink October Breast Cancer Awareness Month. It was a beautiful privilege to have supported and uplifted the journey of breast cancer survivors here at Radon Cancer Centre Hubballi. 🌸

🎀 We distributed FREE KNOCKERS, which were knitted and generously sponsored by Saaisha India Foundation, at the Radon Cancer Centre. These pure cotton prostheses were a symbol of hope and comfort.
