* 📅 The Timeline: If the wound is dirty and it's been over 5 years since their last vaccine booster, they likely need a shot.

🌡️ Fever ఉన్నప్పుడు పిల్లలకు స్నానం చేయించకూడదా? 🛁

ఇది చాలా common myth! ❌

జ్వరం ఉందని 4–5 రోజులు పిల్లలను స్నానం చేయకుండా ఉంచాల్సిన అవసరం లేదు. 😄

✨ ముందే clothes, towel, cream అన్నీ ready పెట్టండి
✨ Bathroomలో warm/comfortable water ముందే సిద్ధం చేయండి
✨ 1–2 minutesలో quick bath చేయించండి
✨ వెంటనే dry చేసి comfortable clothes వేయించండి

Fever ≠ No Bath! ❤️

కానీ child చాలా sickగా ఉంటే, breathing difficulty, severe chills/shivering లేదా ఇతర concerning symptoms ఉంటే మీ pediatrician advice తప్పకుండా తీసుకోండి.

🔥 104°F Fever? Don't Panic... Follow the Right Order!

A high fever can be frightening, but panic often leads to the wrong medicine at the wrong time.

✅ First give Paracetamol in the correct dose based on your child's weight.
✅ Do tepid sponging with room-temperature water.
✅ Encourage small sips of water to keep your child hydrated.
✅ Wait and reassess.

Mefal-P is NOT the first medicine just because the fever is 104°F. Use it only if your pediatrician has advised it and when appropriate.

Head lice are very common among school-going children and spread easily through close head-to-head contact during play, school, and other activities.
✔️ Wash your child's hair regularly.
✔️ Keeping hair short can make lice easier to detect and manage.
✔️ Avoid excessive oil application to the hair.
✔️ Do not share combs, hair bands, caps, towels, or pillows.
✔️ If you notice persistent itching or tiny white nits attached to the hair, consult your pediatrician early.
Early treatment helps prevent the spread to siblings, classmates, and other family members.
