Some period pain is common, but not all pain is normal.
If your pain is so bad that it makes you skip work, avoid social activities, or stay in bed, it may be a sign of Endometriosis.

Pelvic pain that starts before your period and lasts for days is the most common symptom, and it’s far more than regular cramps. Other signs include unusually heavy periods, deep pain during or after s*x, pain with bowel movements or urination, bloating, fatigue, and even fertility struggles.

Chronic pain doesn’t just affect your body—it can lead to anxiety and depression too.

Endometriosis is treatable, and the sooner you get help, the sooner you can improve your quality of life. Don’t ignore the warning signs.
