๐ง How much water should you really drink in summer?
Many people say โDrink 3 litres of water daily.โ But is that the right amount for everyone? Not always.
Your daily water requirement depends on your body weight, weather conditions, physical activity, and health conditions like BP or kidney disease. The best indicator of hydration is your urine colour โ light yellow means good hydration, while dark urine may indicate dehydration.
Too little water can be harmful, but excess water is not good either. Drinking small quantities frequently helps maintain the right balance. Donโt blindly follow the โ3 litres a dayโ rule โ understand what your body actually needs.
