💊 Tablet khane se pehle ya baad?

Har roz lakhon log medicines lete hain, lekin bahut kam log jaante hain ki medicine ka timing bhi utna hi important hai jitni medicine khud.

✅ Zyada tar medicines → After Food
✅ Thyroid tablet → Empty Stomach
✅ Acidity medicines (Pantoprazole/Rabeprazole) → Before Food
✅ Tacrolimus → Roz same time, same relation with food

Ek simple baat yaad rakhiye:

🍽️ Khaana stomach ke liye cushion ka kaam karta hai, isliye zyada tar medicines food ke baad di jaati hain.

Lekin kuch medicines ko khaali pet ya fixed timing chahiye taaki woh apna kaam sahi tareeqe se kar sakein.
