Every minute counts.

Stroke isn't just an "old age" problem β€” it can hit anyone, anytime.

Know the signs (F.A.S.T.):
😐 Face drooping?
πŸ’ͺ Arm weakness?
πŸ—£οΈ Speech slurred?
⏰ Time to call emergency

The faster you act, the more brain you save. Don't wait it out β€” get help immediately. 🚨

πŸ“Œ Save this. Tag someone who needs to see it.

😴 Think snoring is just a funny sleeping habit? Think again!
Snoring happens when your airway becomes narrower during sleep, causing the surrounding tissues to vibrate.
But if your snoring is loud and frequent, especially with:
🚨 Gasping or choking during sleep
🚨 Pauses in breathing
🚨 Morning headaches
🚨 Excessive daytime sleepiness

…it could be a sign of obstructive sleep apnoea (OSA).

πŸ’‘ Don’t ignore the signs. Early evaluation can make a difference.
πŸ‘‰ Save this reel for later & send it to someone who snores!

Nosebleeds can be scary, but most are harmless if handled correctly πŸ©ΈπŸ‘ƒ

βœ… DO's:
β€’ Sit upright, lean slightly forward
β€’ Pinch the soft part of your nose for 10-15 mins
β€’ Breathe through your mouth
β€’ Apply a cold compress on the nose bridge

❌ DON'Ts:
β€’ Don't tilt your head back (blood can go down your throat)
β€’ Don't lie down flat
β€’ Don't stuff tissues/cotton deep inside
β€’ Don't pick or blow your nose right after

If bleeding continues beyond 20 mins or is heavy/frequent, see a doctor immediately.

Save this post for emergencies! πŸ”–

"First Aid for Burns πŸ”₯ β€” What to do in the first few minutes matters most. Save this for later

Ever stood up too fast and felt the room spin for a second? You're not alone β€” this happens to almost everyone at some point. πŸŒ€

Here's what's actually going on inside your body:
πŸ”Ή When you stand up quickly, gravity pulls blood down into your legs faster than your body can react
πŸ”Ή For a moment, less blood reaches your brain β€” that's the dizzy, lightheaded feeling
πŸ”Ή Your body quickly corrects it β€” heart beats a little faster, blood vessels tighten, and blood flow returns to normal

βœ… Normal: happens occasionally, clears in a few seconds

🚩 See a doctor if: it happens often, lasts long, or comes with chest pain or fainting

Save this for the next time it happens to you πŸ“Œ
Tag someone who gets dizzy spells too πŸ‘‡
