Pause for Perspective

Pause for Perspective Pause for Perspective is a counselling and psychotherapy centre. We explore a variety of issues and also tap into wellbeing through programs in Mindfulness.

Pause for Perspective is a safe space for introspective seekers. This is a guide for seekers who desire to live intentionally. Through products, blogposts and community space we explore ways to pause, and gather perspective to live intentionally and with calm in our increasingly busy world. https://linktr.ee/pauseforperspective
