Iron deficiency after pregnancy is more common than you think. 🤍

Instead of relying on just one food, build iron-rich meals with a variety of natural sources like lentils, chickpeas, spinach, sesame seeds, black raisins, and halim (garden cress) seeds.

💡 To improve iron absorption: ✔️ Pair iron-rich foods with vitamin C (lemon, amla, oranges, guava) ❌ Avoid tea or coffee for at least 1 hour before or after iron-rich meals.

If you're a postpartum mom feeling tired, dizzy, or low on energy, don't ignore it—get your iron levels checked and seek guidance.

💬 Comment "IRON" and I'll send you my free Iron-Rich Foods Guide for postpartum recovery.

Your C-section scar is trying to tell you something. Are you listening? 👀

Not all C-section scars heal the same way. The way your scar looks and feels can give important clues about your recovery.

✨ Here's what to look for:

✔️ Flat scar – Healing well. Keep supporting your recovery with gentle movement and core rehabilitation.

🔴 Red scar – Often part of normal healing, especially in the early months. Monitor any changes.

⬆️ Thick scar – May indicate extra scar tissue that can benefit from guided scar care and mobility work.

🤏 Tight scar – Tightness can restrict movement and contribute to discomfort. Gentle scar mobility exercises may help.

🕳️ Indented scar – Could be a sign of adhesions affecting deeper tissues and core function.

⚠️ Warm, swollen, painful, or leaking scar – This is not normal. Please seek medical evaluation promptly.

Remember: Your scar is more than just skin. It can affect your posture, breathing, core strength, pelvic floor, and even contribute to your "mommy tummy."

The good news? With the right rehabilitation, it's never too late to improve scar mobility and rebuild your core safely. ❤️

"I thought I just needed to lose weight..."

At 6 months postpartum, Uma felt stuck. Her tummy still looked pregnant, her core felt weak, and she wasn't sure if things would ever go back to normal.

Instead of chasing quick fixes, she focused on healing first.

✨ In just a few weeks:
✔️ Weight: 70 kg → 68 kg
✔️ Waist: 37.5" → 36"
✔️ Diastasis Recti: 2 fingers → just above 1 finger ✔️ Stronger, tighter core
✔️ Better sleep
✔️ More energy to manage her daily routine
✔️ Confidence that she's finally rebuilding a fit, strong body

The biggest transformation wasn't just the inches she lost—it was how she felt. Light. Active. Strong. Confident.

Postpartum recovery isn't about shrinking your body overnight. It's about healing your core, restoring your strength, and feeling like yourself again. ❤️

If you're struggling with a mommy tummy, Diastasis Recti, or don't know where to begin...

POV: You finally got your toddler to sleep... and walked back into the living room. 😭🧸

Five minutes of silence. Three hours of cleaning. And somehow... they'll still ask, "Where's my blue block?" 😂

💬 Comment "GUIDE" and I'll send you my FREE Calcium Guide.

🦴 Your postpartum body needs more calcium than you think.

Pregnancy and breastfeeding place a huge demand on your calcium stores. If you're not getting enough, your body may draw calcium from your bones to meet your baby's needs.

Here are some calcium-rich foods to include in your daily diet:
🥣 Ragi (Finger Millet)
🥛 Calcium-set Tofu
🌰 Almonds
🍈 Dried Figs
🥛 Skim Milk Powder
🌿 Moringa Leaf Powder

💡 But here's something many moms don't know: The amount of calcium in a food doesn't always equal the amount your body absorbs.

To improve calcium absorption:
☀️ Get enough Vitamin D.
💪 Include strength training and weight-bearing exercises.
🥬 Don't rely on just one food—eat a variety of calcium-rich foods.
🥛 Meet your daily calcium needs consistently, especially during breastfeeding.

Strong bones today mean a stronger, healthier future for you. Remember—taking care of yourself isn't selfish; it's essential for taking care of your little one too. ❤️

💬 Comment your stage (1–6) and our team will reach out with a FREE 1:1 consultation to help you understand your next steps.

Which stage are you in?👇

Abdominal separation (Diastasis Recti) isn't just about how wide the gap is. The depth, tension, and how your core functions matter just as much.

Here's a quick guide:

✅ Stage 1: No visible separation
🟡 Stage 2: Mild gap (1–2 fingers)
🟠 Stage 3: Moderate gap (2–3 fingers)
🔴 Stage 4: Wide gap (3–4 fingers)
⚠️ Stage 5: Deep gap with weak connective tissue
🚨 Stage 6: Doming or coning—your abdominal wall bulges during movement, often a sign that your core isn't managing pressure well.

💡 Important: A smaller gap isn't always "healed," and a wider gap isn't always severe. What matters most is how well your core supports you during everyday movements.

If you notice:

• Lower back pain
• A persistent mummy tummy
• Core weakness
• Leaking urine
• Doming while getting up or exercising

…it may be time to start a structured core rehabilitation program instead of random ab workouts.

👉 Comment "FITTERHER" and get a FREE 1:1 consultation with our postpartum recovery experts. ❤️

You can eat all the "healthy" foods in the world, but if your core isn't functioning properly, healing may still feel out of reach.

Pregnancy changes more than your weight. It affects how your: ✨ Core muscles work
✨ Diaphragm and breathing pattern function
✨ Pelvic floor supports your body
✨ Posture and movement patterns adapt

When these systems don't recover well, you may experience: • A persistent mommy pooch or Diastasis Recti • Back, neck, or hip pain • Urine leakage • Core weakness • Pelvic heaviness • Difficulty returning to exercise • Feeling like your body still isn't "back to normal"

The good news? ❤️

Your body is designed to heal—but it needs the right rehabilitation, not just weight loss.

A complete postpartum recovery plan should include:
✅ Core rehabilitation
✅ Pelvic floor training
✅ Proper breathing techniques
✅ Safe, progressive exercise
✅ Balanced nutrition
✅ Lifestyle habits that support healing

Remember: Losing weight isn't the same as recovering. True recovery means rebuilding your strength, stability, and confidence from the inside out.
