In humans, it is the general condition of a person's mind, body and spirit, usually meaning to be free from illness, injury or pain (as in "good health" or "healthy").[1] The World Health Organization (WHO) defined health in its broader sense in 1946 as "a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity."[2][3] Although this definition h
as been subject to controversy, in particular as lacking operational value and because of the problem created by use of the word "complete", it remains the most enduring.[4][5] Classification systems such as the WHO Family of International Classifications, including the International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health (ICF) and the International Classification of Diseases (ICD), are commonly used to define and measure the components of health. BEING HEALTHY---->If there is one thing that you should aim for in life above all else, its being as healthy as you can be. With good health, everything else you get can be enjoyed to the fullest. Without your health, life can be a miserable struggle, or seem that way. Different people will either agree or disagree with that idea, but there is no getting away from the fact that enjoying good health is far more pleasurable than suffering ill health!
