Mounjaro and pregnancy is something many women ask me about in clinic.

The latest research is reassuring. A study looking at 3,572 pregnancies exposed to GLP-1 medications (including tirzepatide) did not find a significant increase in birth defects, miscarriage, or major pregnancy complications after accidental early pregnancy exposure.

That said, the advice hasn't changed.
✔️ Use Mounjaro before pregnancy if it's part of your treatment plan.
✔️ Stop it before trying to conceive or before embryo transfer.
✔️ If you become pregnant while taking it, stop the medication and speak to your doctor. Based on current evidence, accidental early exposure alone is not considered a reason to end the pregnancy.

Every pregnancy is different, so always discuss your individual situation with your fertility specialist.

A small step missed at birth results in such a big penalty after growing up.

Undescended te**is in the newborn must not be missed. Early intervention prevents this newborn not to have zero s***m count in that adulthood.

Not only that there is an emotional trauma of not being able to father the child with their own s***m, there is also worry about 1 to 2% of cancer and needing for a surgery

White discharge doesn’t mean you need a hysterectomy.

Many women are told that removing the uterus is the only solution for persistent white discharge but that’s simply not true.

Except for certain vaginal infections, most white discharge actually originates from the cervix, not the uterus. With today’s advances in medicine, most cases can be treated without major surgery.

A hysterectomy is required only in very limited situations and should never be the first treatment for white discharge.
