🚨 "ChatGPT said it was a Pilonidal Sinus... but the real diagnosis shocked the patient!"

🤔 Can Google or ChatGPT diagnose your disease correctly? Not always.

A patient came to us convinced he had a Pilonidal Sinus after searching online. He treated himself with antibiotics and even burst the abscess at home.

After a proper clinical examination, we found it was actually a complex fistula-in-ano extending up to the natal cleft, requiring completely different treatment.

🎯 Take-Home Message: Google and ChatGPT can provide general health information, but they cannot perform a physical examination or make a definitive diagnosis. Relying only on online information may delay the correct treatment and allow serious conditions to worsen.
