Irregular periods, vaginal dryness, mood changes, and reduced interest in daily activities can sometimes be early signs of menopause. According to, menopause does not necessarily occur at the same age as it did for one’s mother.

An FSH blood test can help determine whether menopause has begun.

If menopause occurs early, symptoms may be more severe and may require hormonal therapy under medical supervision. Timely evaluation and appropriate treatment can help manage symptoms effectively and improve quality of life.
