When kids get constantly stuffed up or start snoring, our first thought is usually, “Great, another daycare cold,” or “Must be seasonal allergies.” But if the stuffiness never seems to leave, the culprit might actually be their adenoids.
Adenoids are small patches of tissue high up in the throat, right behind the nose. When they get enlarged, they turn into a literal roadblock for your child’s airway.
