Some of us weren't taught that love could exist alongside boundaries. We learned that being agreeable, available, and self sacrificing made us more lovable.
So saying 'no' feels uncomfortable. Setting boundaries feels like guilt. Choosing ourselves can feel like we're doing something wrong.
But healthy relationships don't require you to abandon yourself to keep them.
Healing isn't about becoming less caring. It's about learning that you matter too. π«Άπ»
