Some achievements are not just measured in kilometers — they are measured in courage, discipline, and heart. Today, we celebrate you, our incredible physiotherapist, for completing one of the toughest challenges: a 1.9 km swim, a 90 km cycle, and a 21.1 km run. Just saying these numbers feels overwhelming, but you turned them into a beautiful story of determination and strength.
Every stroke in that 1.9 km swim, every push of the pedal through 90 km, and every step of the 21.1 km run reflects the kind of person you are — someone who refuses to give up, someone who keeps moving even when it hurts, someone who believes in the power of the human spirit.
You spend your days healing others, lifting them up, reminding them they are stronger than their pain. And today, you proved the same to yourself. You showed us what it looks like to fight with heart, to train with purpose, and to cross that finish line with pride shining in your eyes.
This achievement isn’t just about completing a triathlon; it’s about proving to yourself that you can rise above every limitation, every doubt, every challenge. You didn’t just finish the race — you inspired everyone who knows you.
We are so proud of you… more than words can truly express. Thank you for showing us what dedication looks like, what resilience feels like, and how powerful the human will can be. Keep shining, keep growing, and keep reminding the world that dreams become reality when passion meets strength.
The 4 physio from India the entire team and entire physiotherapy community is so proud of you ❤️
