This pt came with recurrent inguinal hernia. Pt had history of inguinal hernia repair f/b infection of mesh so the mesh was explanted. The pt again developed hernia. We did open mesh hernia repair as the pt was not fit for General anaesthesia due to severe cardiac issues including recent PTCA. Pt was operated 2 months before. Pt is well till now with no recurrence.

This pt was referred to us for laparoscopic cholecystectomy. pt was taken for lap cholecystectomy somewhere outside but the procedure was abandoned due to dense adhesions between gall bladder and stomach, duodenum and colon. Laparoscopic cholecystectomy was done and pt was discharged next day.

Pt. came with complete indirect inguinal hernia for which eTEP was done. Pt discharged on next day

Happy to share that a young pt came with left complete indirect inguinal hernia. Pt had big suprapubic transverse cystolithotomy scar and a drain scar on left side. Laparoscopic hernia repair is difficult in such patients. Pt wish was to go for laparoscopic hernia repair. Managed to do TAPP( Laparoscopic hernia repair). Pt discharged on next day.
