Honored to present at the ISSP Jaipur Quarterly Meet yesterday under the Indian Society for Study of Pain (ISSP), where I had the opportunity to speak on the Consensus Guidelines on Sacroiliac Joint Complex Pain.

The session focused on evidence-backed recommendations and current best practices derived from leading publications in Pain Medicine and Regional Anesthesia & Pain Medicine. From diagnosis to interventional management strategies, the discussion aimed at bridging clinical evidence with day-to-day practice for better patient outcomes.

What made the session truly special was the highly interactive exchange with fellow doctors and pain specialists — thoughtful questions, engaging discussions, and collective learning always make academic meetings more meaningful. Grateful for the encouraging feedback and appreciation from colleagues who made the session intellectually enriching and rewarding.

Always inspiring to be part of platforms that promote evidence-based pain management and collaborative learning.

One year of knee pain. Countless limitations.
Today — back to running, training, and living pain-free. 🙌

Our patient came to us with a patellar tendon tear and persistent pain that had affected his workouts and made him unable to pursue running for over a year. He began PRP treatment in November and completed just 3 sittings.

By March, he had started his rehab journey.
By April, he was back to running and full-fledged workouts 💪🏃‍♂️

Healing is possible when regenerative medicine meets the right rehabilitation plan. ✨

“Just because the spine was fixed… doesn’t mean the pain story is over.”

A lady in her late 60s, one year after L4-L5-S1 pedicle screw fixation surgery, came back with persistent radiating pain along the L5-S1 dermatomal distribution.
In this reel, I’m performing a bilateral transforaminal epidural steroid injection at the L5-S1 level — targeting the irritated nerve roots to help relieve pain and improve function.

Precision. Relief. Better movement.
That’s what interventional pain management is all about.

78 years young. A doctor. A patient.
Buying time, preserving function.
Today’s procedure: knee aspiration + intra-articular injection + viscosupplementation—to ease pain and buy precious time before surgery.
Because sometimes the goal isn’t immediate replacement… it’s restoring quality of life, one step at a time. Helping her stay comfortable while preparing for definitive surgery.
Even doctors need doctors sometimes.

PRP therapy for a severe case of tennis elbow 🎾💉

This patient presented with chronic pain due to high-grade tendinosis, scarring, and partial tears with calcifications in the common extensor tendon—a condition where healing often stalls without intervention.

Using Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP), we aim to stimulate natural healing by delivering growth factors directly to the damaged tissue, promoting repair where the body has struggled to do so on its own.

Early intervention matters—but even chronic cases can respond well with the right approach.

Where expertise and care come together 💉✨

Performing a cervical epidural for a patient in her 60s suffering from PIVD at C3–C4, presenting with persistent neck pain and stiffness. Given her elevated creatinine levels, we carefully used a minimal, diluted contrast approach to ensure safety without compromising accuracy.

Every case is a balance of science, skill, and patient-centered care. 🩺

A 91-year-old patient presented with severe knee osteoarthritis and debilitating pain affecting her mobility and quality of life.

A comprehensive interventional pain management approach was undertaken:
✔️ Six-nerve genicular nerve ablation targeting:
* Superomedial genicular nerve
* Superolateral genicular nerve
* Nerve to vastus intermedialis (medial and lateral branches)
* Infrapatellar branch of saphenous nerve
* Inferomedial genicular nerve

✔️ Joint aspiration to relieve intra-articular pressure
✔️ Followed by viscosupplementation to enhance joint lubrication and function

A minimally invasive, targeted approach aimed at maximizing pain relief and improving functional independence — even in advanced age.
