पहली सर्जरी के बाद, इस मरीज़ ने अपने कंधे और कोहनी की कार्यक्षमता पुनः प्राप्त कर ली है। अब, अगली सर्जरी का उद्देश्य कलाई और हाथ की कार्यक्षमता को ठीक करना होगा।
Brachial plexus injury leads to loss of movements in the affected hand. Movements can be regained through carefully planned staged surgeries. In the first surgery, this patient has regained shoulder and elbow function. Now next surgeries will target wrist and hand function.

इस पेशंट का हाथ मशीन में आने की वजह से हाथ की नसों ने काम करना बंद कर दिया था। टेंडन ट्रांसफर सर्जरी के द्वारा हाथ के मूवमेंट को वापस ठीक किया गया

This 47 year old patient injured his wrist due to road traffic accident. He was having continuous pain in his wrist since 1.5 years after his injury. He was diagnosed as having scaphoid non union. We performed bone grafting and K wire fixation.
4.5 months after surgery, the bone has united. Patient has complete relief from pain and has good range of motion.

47 साल के इस मरीज की कलाई सड़क हादसे की वजह से घायल हो गई थी। वह 1.5 साल से अपनी कलाई में दर्द का अनुभव कर रहे थे। वह स्केपिड नॉन-यूनियन से पीड़ित था। हमने बोन ग्राफ्टिंग और के वायर फिक्सेशन के साथ उसका ऑपरेशन किया।
सर्जरी के 4.5 महीने बाद, फ्रैक्चर ठीक हो गया है। रोगी को कोई दर्द नहीं हो रहा है। उनकी कलाई का मूवमेंट भी अच्छा है।

This 60 year old lady has wrist pain since many years which had become unbearable. She was diagnosed to have ulna impingement syndrome and was operated with Darrach's resection and stabilization. 3 months after surgery, patient was completely pain free with good range of motion.

This patient had a glass cut injury and cut flexors of index finger and median nerve. Repaired both the structures. Hoping for a successful recovery✌️

Finger fractures may be ignored as minor injuries, however, they may lead to complete loss of movement. This case of finger joint fracture and dislocation was treated with Suzuki frame. Patient achieved good range of motion on table. The fracture and dislocation went on to heal in 4 weeks and the frame was removed.
