Knowing what to do in an emergency can make all the difference. ❤️

At Springfield School, Mansarovar, Rajasthan Hospital conducted a Basic Life Support (BLS) training session in association with Young Indians (Yi), with nearly 100 students and teachers taking part.

From learning essential CPR and emergency response skills to understanding healthier everyday habits, nutrition and preventive care with guidance from our Pediatrician, the session was all about making young minds more aware and prepared.

This initiative is part of our ongoing BLS training across schools including Cambridge, Vardhman International School and many more, with one simple goal: building a community that knows how to respond when it matters most.

Here are a few glimpses from the session. ✨

Some prescriptions don’t come from a pharmacy. They come from the people who make life feel lighter. 💛

Call the friend you keep postponing. Send the message sitting in your drafts. Put the phone aside and meet them. And don’t forget to check on the friend who always seems strong.

Because a little laughter, one honest conversation and someone who truly listens can sometimes be the care we need most.

This Friendship Day, reconnect with the person you’ve been missing.

Happy Friendship Day from Rajasthan Hospital.

A newborn’s world begins with warmth, touch and the nourishment they receive from their mother. 🤍

This World Breastfeeding Week, Dr. Deepchand Khandelwal, Consultant Pediatrician at RHL BABYLON Advanced Child Center, shares why breastfeeding plays such an important role in giving newborns a healthy start, supporting their nutrition, immunity and early development.

Because for a newborn, every feed is more than food. It is care, comfort and connection.

Breastfeeding nurtures more than a baby. It supports a mother’s health too. 🤱💛

From strengthening the emotional bond with the baby to helping lower the risk of breast and ovarian cancer, its benefits extend to both mother and child.

This World Breastfeeding Week, Dr. Priyanka Thakur Sharma, Consultant Gynaecologist, explains why breastfeeding awareness should begin during pregnancy. With timely information, the right guidance and family support, mothers can feel more prepared and confident throughout their breastfeeding journey.

Because when we support a mother, we support a healthier beginning for her baby too.

The best start a baby can receive is often the most natural one. 🤍

Breast milk gives a newborn the right nutrition, protection and comfort from the very beginning. From the first golden milk, colostrum, to exclusive breastfeeding for the first six months, every feed supports the baby’s growth, immunity and development.

Dr. M. L. Gupta, Senior Consultant & HOD, Pediatrics at RHL Babylon Advanced Child Center, shares why early and exclusive breastfeeding plays such an important role in a baby’s healthy development.

This World Breastfeeding Week, let’s replace myths with the right information and make sure every mother feels supported, not pressured.

Because breastfeeding is not just feeding. It is nourishment, protection and bonding, all in one. 🌼

A mother’s first gift to her baby doesn’t come wrapped. It begins in the very first hour after birth. 🤍

Beginning breastfeeding within the first hour after birth gives the newborn important early nutrition and protection. It also helps strengthen the beautiful bond between mother and baby.

Breastfeeding does not weaken a mother, as many believe. It supports her recovery after delivery and offers meaningful health benefits for her too.

Dr. Veena Acharya, Senior Consultant, Gynaecology at Rajasthan Hospital, Jaipur, explains why early and exclusive breastfeeding is beneficial for both mother and baby.

This World Breastfeeding Week, let us ensure that every mother receives the right guidance, encouragement and support to breastfeed exclusively for the first six months.

Because when we care for the mother, she can give her baby the best possible beginning.

Rhinoplasty is not only about changing the shape of the nose.

It can also help correct a visible hump, reduce excessive width, improve facial balance and, in some cases, make breathing easier.

The procedure may involve cartilage from the nose or chest, depending on what the patient needs. It usually takes around 3 to 4 hours, followed by an overnight hospital stay and a follow-up after 7 days.

Dr. Prateek Gupta, Consultant Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon at Rajasthan Hospital, Jaipur, explains how rhinoplasty can improve both appearance and function when planned carefully in a safe hospital environment.

Considering rhinoplasty? Start with a proper consultation to understand what is suitable for you.
