Lately I’ve been keeping my push days simple and focused.
No random exercises, just movements that actually build strength and size.
This is the exact workout:


Barbell bench press
3 sets × 8 reps

Incline press
3 sets × 10 reps

Cable chest fly
3 sets × 12 reps

Dips
2 sets to failure

Triceps pushdown
3 sets × 12 reps

Overhead press
2 sets × 12 reps

Train with intent.
Don’t rush your sets.
Make every rep look the same.
Consistency > fancy workouts.

Rounded shoulders build up slowly; long hours at a desk, on your phone, or just not moving enough through the upper back.

This routine is designed to open up the chest, improve thoracic mobility, and strengthen the muscles that support better posture. Over time, this can ease neck tension, reduce shoulder discomfort, and help you sit and stand with more ease. Focus on controlled movement, good positioning, and staying consistent.
Aim for 2-3 sets of 10 reps, once a day or as needed.
