In one month, my client lost 6.2 kg, but what made her happiest was seeing a positive shift in her thyroid reports and her doctor reducing the thyroid medication dose from 112 mcg to 100 mcg after review.

“Yesterday a client came to me saying, dont give me high protein diet because mere gym trainer ne bola protein badhao—
‘jab meine Protein badhaya tab bloating hone lagi, shayad protein suit nahi karta…’

Reality?

👉 Sudden increase in protein intake
👉 Low digestive capacity
👉 Poor meal distribution

Protein digestion is a process—it needs time, proper chewing, enzymes & gradual increase.

Agar aap ekdum se intake badha doge…
gut react karega 😶

Everyone thinks sugarcane juice is healthy…
some drink it for detox, some for jaundice, some just for “hydration” 👀

But what if I tell you…
👉 most of these beliefs are actually myths?

Before you take your next sip,
watch this till the end… you might rethink it 😶

As a dietitian, I don’t recommend having it regularly because:
👉 It’s high in sugar (sucrose) and almost no fiber
👉 Causes blood sugar spikes & crashes
👉 Liquid calories = low satiety, easy overconsumption
👉 May contribute to insulin resistance, fatty liver & high triglycerides
