🚨 NEW PARENTS: PLEASE DON’T MAKE THIS UMBILICAL CORD MISTAKE! 👶

Most moms and dads think the umbilical cord stump needs lots of cleaning...

But the surprising truth is:

✨ Sometimes doing LESS is actually better.

Your baby’s umbilical cord stump is designed to dry, shrink, and fall off naturally.

That means:

✅ Keep it clean

✅ Keep it dry

✅ Let air reach it

✅ Fold the diaper below it

❌ Don’t pull it off

❌ Don’t cover it with bandages

❌ Don’t use powders or creams unless your healthcare provider recommends them

Here’s something many parents don’t know:

🧠 The umbilical cord was your baby’s lifeline for months.

Before birth, it delivered oxygen, nutrients, and everything your baby needed to grow.

After birth, its final job is simply to heal and fall away naturally.

Nature already knows what to do. ❤️

👶 QUICK PARENT POLL:

How old was your baby when the cord stump fell off?

WHO REALLY DETERMINES A BABY’S GENDER

Many people blame the mother when a desired gender is not born, but science says otherwise.

The mother always contributes an X chromosome. She is XX.

The father contributes either an X or a Y chromosome. He is XY.

If the father releases an X s***m, the baby becomes XX which is a girl.
If the father releases a Y s***m, the baby becomes XY which is a boy.

So the baby’s gender is determined by the father, not the mother.
Mamas, you did your part perfectly every single time.
