In yogic and spiritual anatomy, the three Granthis are energetic “knots” or blockages in the subtle body that restrict the free flow of **prana (life force)** through the chakras. They are deeply connected to spiritual growth and inner awakening.

🌿 The Three Granthis Explained
1. Brahma Granthi (Root Knot)

* 📍 Location: Near Muladhara (Root Chakra) and sometimes linked with Swadhisthana
* 🌍 Represents: Attachment to **physical body, survival, material world**
* ⚡ Blockage shows as:

* Fear, insecurity
* Over-attachment to comfort, money, safety

🌱 Healing focus:

* Grounding practices
* Trust in life
* Letting go of fear-based living

2. Vishnu Granthi (Heart Knot)

* 📍 Location: Around **Anahata (Heart Chakra)**
* 💚 Represents: Attachment to **emotions, relationships, identity**
* ⚡ Blockage shows as:

* Emotional pain, grief
* Dependency in relationships
* Ego-based identity
* 🌱 Healing focus:

* Love with detachment
* Emotional healing
* Compassion and forgiveness
