🎨✨ A little art, a little expression, a lot of healing.

thinkwellcounselling conducted an Art Therapy Workshop, creating a beautiful space to pause, create, express, and reconnect with ourselves through colours and creativity. 🌿🖌️

From exploring emotions to embracing the joy of creating, it was a meaningful reminder that art can be a gentle way to express what words sometimes cannot. 🤍

A heartfelt thank you to our wonderful facilitator Rashmi Rajawat for holding such a warm and safe space and guiding everyone through this creative journey. 🌸
