58 Years/Female
Patient was medically fit

Lower ridge was completely edentulous and patient was denture wearer, and has 2 root stumps at 35 and 45 region.

--Procedure--

1. Complete edentulous ridge was exposed.

2. Root stumps were extracted.

3. Ridge was irregular and was knife edge so it was flattned by trimming 3 mm bone with surgical burs.

4. 6 DENTIS implants were placed, 4 implants of size 3.9 x 10 mm were placed in anterior mandible and 2 implants of size 3.9 x 8 mm were placed in posterior mandible.

5. Flap was closed with silk sutures.
