*When Complexity Meets Patience: A Two-Year Follow-Up Worth Celebrating*

A 13-year-old boy presented following a fall with an unusual and highly complex injury pattern: bilateral distal radius fractures, a completely displaced distal radius and ulna fracture on the left side, and an ipsilateral intercondylar fracture of the distal humerus.

The injury was associated with severe swelling, raising significant concerns for impending compartment syndrome.

The fracture configuration, soft tissue condition, and the patient's young age made management particularly challenging. The injuries were stabilized using K-wire fixation, with meticulous attention to fracture reduction, soft tissue preservation, and close postoperative monitoring.

At his two-year follow-up, the outcome was extremely gratifying. The patient demonstrated complete restoration of elbow flexion and extension, full forearm pronation and supination, and excellent functional recovery. Notably, there was no evidence of cubitus varus or cubitus valgus deformity—complications that remain a significant concern following such injuries.

Cases like these serve as a reminder that successful outcomes are not defined solely by the complexity of the injury or the sophistication of the implants used, but by careful planning, precise ex*****on, diligent follow-up, and the remarkable healing potential of children.

A 42-year-old gentleman sustained a displaced bicondylar proximal tibial fracture following a high-energy injury. Given the complexity of the articular involvement, anatomical reduction and stable fixation were critical to achieving a good functional outcome.

The fracture was managed with plate fixation, followed by a structured rehabilitation program.

At the 2-year follow-up, the patient remains:

🏆 “ *दुखण्यावर मात… नव्या मनगटासह नवं आयुष्य!* ” 💪

वय फक्त २० वर्षे… पण उजव्या हाताच्या मनगटातील *Giant Cell Tumor* मुळे असह्य वेदना.
