Drug abuse is not a “bad habit”—it is pain wearing a chemical mask.
It is grief that never found language, trauma that never found safety, and a deep human disconnect seeking relief in the fastest way possible.

Behind every substance is a story. Behind every addiction is an unmet need.
If we want real solutions, we must move beyond punishment to understanding, beyond stigma to support, beyond silence to conversation.

Healing begins where judgment ends.

Had a wonderful session on “Happiness Hacks” at the Learning Festival during SADHANA SAPTAH 2026 at the School of Applied Economics & Statistics, Jammu.

We explored a simple but powerful idea—happiness is not accidental, it’s trainable. Through small, science-backed habits like gratitude, mindfulness, and emotional awareness, real change begins within.

Because systems run on data—but people run on well-being.

Adverse Childhood Experiences don’t stay in childhood—they echo in our adult relationships, shaping trust, attachment, and emotional responses in ways we often don’t even realize. Healing isn’t optional, it’s essential.
