Panchakarma is NOT a random collection of Ayurvedic therapies.

Na ye sirf massage hai.
Na 3–5 din ka “detox package”.
Aur na hi har person ke liye same treatment.

Panchakarma is a planned therapeutic process — where the procedures, sequence and duration are decided according to the individual, their condition and clinical assessment.

Isliye “Panchakarma karwana hai” se pehle ek better question hai:

1st year BAMS mein ho? Agar main tumhari jagah hoti, toh ye 5 cheezein abhi se start karti. 🌿

BAMS ka first year sirf exams aur passing marks ke liye nahi hai. Ye tumhari foundation build karne ka time hai.

Agar mujhe BAMS dobara start karna hota, toh main:

🫀 Anatomy & Physiology ko seriously leti — especially Anatomy + Kriya Sharir ko clinical Ayurveda se connect karti.

📖 Classical texts ko daily thoda-thoda padhti — Charaka ya Ashtanga Hridaya, syllabus ke bahar bhi.

🔬 Research papers padhna start karti — PubMed aur ResearchGate ko PG tak postpone nahi karti.

👩🏻‍⚕️ Ek good senior/mentor actively dhoondhti — kyunki books har cheez nahi sikha sakti.

🏥 Skills buildingkarti— canva, Chatgpt, Claude, AI ppts, editing….

Because BAMS mein tumhe sirf student nahi, eventually doctor banna hai.

And the earlier you start building these habits, the easier your BAMS journey, internship, PG and clinical practice can become.
