Milk & Tea together are opposite combination.
Adding milk to tea is often considered an "opposite" combination in terms of health effects and chemical interaction, where milk proteins (casein) bind with tea antioxidants (polyphenols), potentially neutralizing beneficial, artery-relaxing, and anti-inflammatory properties of tea. While many enjoy the taste, this mix can reduce, rather than combine, the health benefits of each ingredient, potentially leading to digestive discomfort.
Opposing Health Effects: Studies indicate that while black tea promotes healthy blood flow, adding milk blocks these cardiovascular benefits. Similarly, the relaxing, antioxidant effect of pure tea can be hindered by milk's proteins.
Chemical Interaction: Milk and tea possess opposite effects: tea helps relax and dilate arteries, while milk contains proteins that may reduce these benefits.
Digestive Issues: Some studies suggest that the combination of milk's casein and tea's compounds can cause issues like acidity, indigestion, and, in some cases, the formation of sediment or kidney stones.
Nutritional Impact: While milk adds calcium to tea, it may interfere with the absorption of the antioxidants present in tea.
To maximize the health benefits, it is generally advised to consume tea and milk separately.
Again I will recommend that instead of animal Milk use vegan Milks as other animals milk are not meant for Humane consumption.
Tea and Coffee: Oat Milk is the gold standard. It has a neutral sweetness and rarely curdles. Always warm your vegan milk slightly (lukewarm is fine) before adding it to hot tea or coffee. This prevents the "temperature shock" that causes nut milks to split
